This summer, my band, the Subway Surfers, were invited to partake in the first round of the Little Steven Undground Garage Battle of the Bands in Asbury Park, NJ, last Friday. It was a lot of fun, even though we didn't win. We got to play to the biggest audience yet and met alot of other cool bands that we've never met before. Some that are in the NYC area, others that came from as far away as Texas to compete.
